Ms. Karla is an Iowa native, graduating from Iowa State University in 2008 with a B.S Degree in Child, Adult, and Family Services. She has been working with children and families since 2003 and found her passion for teaching in 2009 when she became a preschool teacher in Overland Park, KS. In 2010 Ms. Karla got married and in 2013 she and her husband moved to south Denver, CO. 

Soon after their move, they started their family and Ms. Karla was a stay at home mom with her two daughters. When her oldest child went to preschool, Ms. Karla recognized the lack of quality in their program and set out to create her own school. 

In the years that followed, Ms. Karla got her in-home childcare license and built a school in her home. In a couple years, she was able to spend that time with her younger daughter and give her the quality preschool her sister didn't get to have.  

In August 2019 Elite Early Learning Program was officially opened for business and has been making small (and big) changes to make sure it gets better each year. 

At this time, enrollment for fall 2024 is open and we could not be more excited to see what the future holds for the school and students!
